RoleSense was born from two decades of frontline recruitment experience—across corporate talent acquisition and staffing consultancies. We have lived the daily challenges: the endless Boolean strings, the keyword-obsessed ATS systems, and the disconnect between what technology promises and what recruiters actually need.
We noticed a gap. Despite advances in AI, parsing, and applicant tracking, the fundamentals of recruitment remained unsolved. Tools were either too automated (missing context and nuance) or too manual (wasting precious time). Neither approach respected the recruiter's expertise.
